Tipsy Turtle is a spacious beach house within walking distance to Surfside Dr., only steps to the beach (across the street!) and less than 60 feet the pool! It is a perfect location for a family getaway. Enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze all within walking distance from the beach, the pool, and all the restaurants. You will love surfing the waves, playing in the sand, and searching for seashells. Come relax on the beach on hot summer days or enjoy the ocean air during the fall and winter!

Bedroom #1- Located on the Main, level features a Queen size bed, TV for your time inside, and access to a full size restroom Bedroom #2- King Size bed with private balcony, master bathroom with duel vanity and jetted tub. Bedroom #3- 2 Queen Size beds, TV, and attached full restroom with tub/shower combination Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen size bed, TV, and attached room with Twin size bed and full restroom with Tub/shower combination.

House Rules

This home is NOT motorcycle friendly due to the HOA! This home is NOT pet friendly. Pets are NOT allowed. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. This home features a ring doorbell camera on BOTH entrances. Trailers WILL NOT fit under the house in the driveway. This home utilizes a community pool that is shared with only 8 homes in the Portobello III community. We ONLY rent to families and adults over the age of 25! Linen cost is INCLUDED in the cleaning fee. Guests are supplied with a starter package. Each rental includes (1) roll of toilet paper per bathroom and (1) paper towel roll in the kitchen. There will also be (1) laundry detergent pod and (1) dishwasher detergent pod.

Tipsy Turtle was right on Ocean Blvd, one quick block from three favorite restaurants and across the street from the Surfside pier. I’d stay again and again and again.

There were four of us for a week long golf trip and had a great stay. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms was the way to go. The location was great with restaurants and bars an easy walk away. The big front porch was big hit! Everything in the house was clean and new. Even the kitchen knives were sharp! Dave was very easy to communicate with and we had a great stay.

We rented this beach house for a birthday getaway with a group of 8, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — we were able to walk to everything, including the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made the whole trip so easy and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals together, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out comfortably. We especially loved the fun beach decor — it really added to the vacation vibe and made the house feel warm and inviting. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. With a group our size, that made getting ready so much easier and gave everyone their own space and privacy. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday and make great memories. We would absolutely book another stay here!
